Room has glass wall on makai side, so the ocean is, like, right *there*. Big yards,
fenced, but no pets. Off main (Farrington) highway, so it's quiet and peaceful. Also a *long* bus ride
away from anything . . . grocery shopping, Townside (three hours, okay?), cinemas, l'dat, so I won't rent
to anyone who doesn't have some form of transportation. A car, by the way, puts groceries 15 minutes
away, Town 30-45 minutes, depending on traffic.
I'm a single old curmudgeon, teach intermediate school
history up to Wahiawa. Enjoy socialising, but usually restrict it to weekends (7:30 is *real* early for
starting work). Have lots of guests, and so can you: third bedroom's a
TV-sewing-guest room.
$350 rent
does *not* include utilities, which add about another $150 a month
to the total. $250 deposit.
